How does this work?

What is online coaching?

It is an alternative to my personal training sessions, designed with your busy life in mind. It makes consistency a breeze while providing the accountability you need! Tailored to your unique body needs, it combines proven movement and strength methods with nutrition advice, lifestyle and mindset. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that meets you right where you are and empowers you to reach your goals.

How does online coaching work?

  1. Consultation

Online coaching begins with a sit-down with me via Google Meet to discuss your goals, abilities, obstacles you might be facing and your current physique. It’s an opportunity for me as your coach to gather the information I need to tailor our programme, and also for you to ask questions you have.


2. Personalised Training programme

Your personalised training programme is created based on your initial consultation and is designed to integrate seamlessly with your lifestyle, adapting over time to your changing needs.
You may be training at home or in a gym, and workouts are built around the equipment, time, and energy you have available, allowing flexibility for travel, work/family commitments, and injuries/illness.

You’ll complete workouts independently, and receive feedback and advice on each session once you’ve logged your workout . Videos are highly encouraged for form and technique review.
Programmes are updated every 4- 8 weeks based on your goals and progress.


3. Nutrition Coaching
I help you create meals that you enjoy and are aligned to your fitness goals, that you can have on rotation and subsequently, have created you own meal plan. As this plan is all about flexibility, we will also discuss eating out options but the bottom line is for this to be easy

4. Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching
My ethos is always around your wellbeing and so, we will regularly speak about your everyday lifestyle goals, such as mindful practices, your movement, sleep routines and more. I believe a holistic approach yields the best results long-term. Together, we’ll decide which wellbeing practices are relevant for you.

5.Daily In-app Support
Online coaching takes place on my dedicated coaching platform, which you can access from your phone. Here you can view workouts, coaching instructions, and exercise demo videos, update your results, track progress, and securely store your personal information. The app includes a direct messenger function, and I’m available every weekday to answer your questions.

6. Check-ins
Depending on what we’ve agreed is relevant for you, we will have regular check ins about your training, nutrition, well being , stress etc. It's an opportunity for you to remain mindful and focused on your goal, while allowing me to understand your current needs to monitor progress, guide you through obstacles, and make changes on your ongoing programming.

7. Coaching Calls

We will have a 1-1 call via Google Meet/ or a telephone call for some real-time mentoring. Anything is up for discussion, but the focus is usually on overcoming obstacles, tuning up your mindset and setting goals for the next 4 weeks.
